STEP 2:
Fill out a cut sheet
(if you need help with selections, that's what we are here for)
- Beef is dry aged for 10-15 days
- Cured Pork items take ~2-3 weeks
STEP 3:
Pick up your order
- Once your order is ready you will get a call and an automated system text (if we have your cell phone on file)
- All orders are boxed and frozen

Beef typically yields 45-60% hot carcass weigh. We track all custom processing orders to insure you get the maximum yield.
Pork Processing Charge $350 each
(Over 300lb. will be charged $1.17 per lb.)
