STEP 1:

 Contact us to get on the schedule

                 - you can call / email or use our online scheduling system below.  If the date you need is not available simply give us a call and we will see what we can do.

STEP 2:  

Fill out a cut sheet 

(if you need help with selections, that's what we are here for)

                  - Beef is dry aged for 10-15 days 

                  - Cured Pork items take approximately 2-3 weeks

STEP 3: 

Pick up your order

                  - Once your order is ready you will get a call and an automated system text (if we have your cell phone on file)

                   - All orders are boxed and frozen

Beef  Harvest Charge $125

 (OVER 1500LBS = $185)

Beef Processing - Harvest Weight

  • Standard -  $1.25 per lb. 
  • Non-Standard - $1.30 per lb.

Beef typically yields 50-60% hot carcass weight.  We track all custom processing orders to insure you get the maximum yield.



Pork Processing Charge $350 each

(Over 300lb. will be charged $1.25 per lb.)

  • MUST BE SKINNED AND DRESSED
