With recent renovations, the facility now features a state-of-the-art processing room, dry-aging room, a traditional smokehouse, and a welcoming retail space—bringing craftsmanship and local flavor together under one roof. 

The Benson Butchery stands apart by doing what others can’t—we handle every step ourselves. From partnering directly with Arizona ranchers to processing at our packing house, we maintain full control over quality and care. This hands-on approach guarantees exceptional freshness, traceability, and craftsmanship in every cut you bring home.
